Professor LI Yan joined KEPEI in Jul.2004. She is renowned for her strategic leadership and financial expertise. As CFO (2016-2024), Group successfully completed its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, secured over RMB 500 million in investment from top global investors, and leveraged a RMB 5 billion education fund to execute three strategic M&A transactions, including a cross-border deal, earning a position on the "Golden Kirin" award for outstanding CFOs of HK-listed companies ranking. Since assuming the CEO in July 2024, she has implemented "Strategic Foresight × Efficient Execution" framework, driving management digital transformation through intelligent systems while combining educational innovation with business rigor to advance the Group's global mission of sustainable development and social value creation.
