The Group continues to advance the establishment of Dubai Royal University of Technology, which has now reached a critical stage. We have established in-depth strategic cooperation with MTTC, a leading institution in Bangladesh, and maintain stable partnerships with educational institutions in the United Kingdom, Australia, Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, as well as in Hong Kong and Macao. This has enabled us to build an international cooperation network encompassing joint programs, student and faculty exchanges, academic collaboration, and multiple other dimensions.

II. Diversified Cooperation System

We have developed a distinctive model for international cooperation:

· Promoting the "OPU" cooperation initiative, establishing stable relationships with renowned institutions in multiple countries.

· Conducting multilingual talent cultivation, establishing two-way student exchange programs and degree upgrading programs.

· Organizing study tours and academic visits for teachers and students to Japan, Southeast Asia, Russian-speaking countries, etc.

· Actively introducing high-quality international curriculum resources to align our course systems with international standards.
