I. Program Positioning: Precisely Aligned with Regional Industry Blueprints 

·  Ma'anshan University: 88.57% of its 35 undergraduate programs directly support Anhui Province's emerging industries. It boasts 5 provincial-level first-class programs and has innovatively launched 4 provincial-level minor programs, forming a "Major + Minor" composite talent cultivation model.

·  Harbin Institute of Petroleum: Leveraging its 37 undergraduate programs, it has built six major program clusters serving Heilongjiang's modern industrial system and established a dynamic program adjustment mechanism to ensure talent cultivation keeps pace with market developments.

· Huaibei Institute of Technology: With provincial-level first-class programs like Communications Engineering and Logistics Management at its core, it has built a characteristic program system closely aligned with the development needs of the Huaihai Economic Zone.

· Guangdong Technology College: Many of its programs deeply connect with Guangdong's "Double Ten" strategic industrial clusters. Through 7 modern industry schools, it achieves deep integration of school-enterprise collaborative education.

· Zhaoqing Technology Secondary Vocational School: Its 18 programs comprehensively cover fields like intelligent manufacturing and modern services, adhering to a skill cultivation model that advances in parallel on both "theory + practical operation" tracks. 

II. Curriculum System: Innovation-Driven and Outcome-Oriented 

We widely adopt the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) model, deeply integrating real industrial elements into the curriculum: 

· Ma'anshan University: Has won 81 provincial-level course projects, maintaining a leading position in course digitalization and school-enterprise cooperative development.

· Harbin Institute of Petroleum : Systematically advances curriculum development, successfully building multiple provincial and university-level exemplary courses.

· Huaibei Institute of Technology: Offers cutting-edge courses such as "Huawei HarmonyOS Development" and "5G Communication Technology," constructing a trinity curriculum system of "core professional competencies + authentic enterprise practice + innovation & entrepreneurship education."

· Guangdong Technology College: Has cooperatively developed 415 high-quality courses with enterprises, covering various types including elite resource courses and smart innovation courses.

· Zhaoqing Technology Secondary Vocational School: Establishes a progressive curriculum framework of "Foundation → Skill → Competence," focusing on cultivating students' practical combat abilities. 

III. Minor Programs: Enabling Interdisciplinary Composite Competencies 

Minor programs have become a crucial pathway for cultivating interdisciplinary, composite talents. The minor program development cases from Ma'anshan University and Guangdong Technology College have been widely promoted, fully embodying our advanced educational philosophy of "Student-Centered, Personalized Development."
