Professor WANG Yiningi, Co-founder of Kepei, is a distinguished HR expert with 30 years of experience in education. As HR Director, she has designed HR strategies for corporations and universities, led personnel reforms, and implemented performance-based pay systems. Her initiatives, including "dual-qualification" teacher training and cross-campus faculty sharing, have strengthened institutional development during key transitions like accreditation and restructuring. In March 2024, she was formally appointed president of Harbin Institute of Petroleum .
