On October 29, 2025, as the Double Ninth Festival harmoniously converged with the 30th anniversary of Guangdong Technology College, a member institution of the China KEPEI Education Group, the college held a celebration under the theme "Nurturing Talents, Honoring Legacy; Staying True to Our Mission, Fostering Growth" — the Guangdong Technology College 30th Anniversary & Double Ninth Festival event.
The gathering brought together distinguished leaders and dedicated long-serving faculty members, including Mr. Ye Nianqiao, Founder and Board Chairman of the China KEPEI Education Group and Chairman of Guangdong Technology College; Group Director Ms. Shu Liping; Group Chief Advisor Mr. Zhang Xiangwei; Group Chief Executive Officer Ms. Li Yan; President of Guangdong Technology College Mr. Chen Xiaoyang; Party Committee Secretary of the College Mr. Hu Haijian; Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director Mr. Zheng Chaoran; Group Director Mr. Liu Haohong; and Mr. Huang Shengwei, Principal of Zhaoqing Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School. They were joined by members of the Party and administrative leadership teams from both Guangdong Technology College and Zhaoqing Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School, as well as faculty and staff with over 15 years of service, all uniting to celebrate this meaningful occasion.
In a sincere and heartfelt address, Chairman Ye Nianqiao expressed his deepest respect and most genuine gratitude to all employees who have grown alongside the institution for fifteen years or more, offering special recognition to the founding members who have journeyed with the college through all thirty years. He reflected on the college's developmental path, from its humble beginnings to its current modern campus, and fondly acknowledged the decades of quiet dedication from staff members such as Liang Wuxiang and Wu Yaojie, praising them—alongside all faculty and staff—as truly commendable contributors to the college's achievements. He emphasized that the current stature of Guangdong Technology College is built upon the dedication, youth, and fervor that every employee has poured into this endeavor. Chairman Ye solemnly reiterated the commitment to building an institutional community where every member feels a strong sense of belonging, achievement, and happiness.
Following the address, the attending leaders and distinguished guests proceeded to confer awards. The "15-Year Commitment & Excellence in Fostering Growth" medal was presented to teachers who have steadfastly remained in their posts for over fifteen years. Those with over twenty years of devoted service were honored with the "20-Year Dedication to Talent Cultivation & Meritorious Service" medal. The college leadership team was also recognized with honorary medals for their role in guiding the institution's development and safeguarding its educational mission. The award ceremony was conducted in a dignified and warm atmosphere.
Representing Guangdong Technology College, President Chen Xiaoyang and Party Committee Secretary Hu Haijian then presented medals to Chairman Ye Nianqiao and Director Shu Liping, honoring the visionary leadership and foundational contributions these helmsmen have made to the college's development.
