Recently, Mr. Ye Nianqiao, Chairman of China KEPEI Education Group, was invited to deliver a series of lectures at Huaibei Normal University and Huaibei Institute of Technology. On October 14, at Huaibei Normal University, Chairman Ye Nianqiao shared his inspirational journey from a rural upbringing to founding a publicly listed education group. He emphasized that hardship is a valuable asset for growth, and that only through perseverance and keeping one's feet firmly on the ground can one realize their self-worth in the tides of the times. He also stressed the importance of "self-cultivation and family harmony," balancing personal development with family responsibilities, and broadening one's perspective and future potential through extensive learning in general knowledge.

On October 15, Huaibei Institute of Technology hosted an innovation and entrepreneurship report for students, utilizing a hybrid online and offline format with one main venue and 84 satellite venues, simultaneously reaching over 7,000 students. Chairman Ye Nianqiao delved into topics including innovation and entrepreneurship policies, youth capability development, and the logic behind grassroots success stories. Integrating policy interpretation with real-world case studies, he provided a thorough analysis of the advantages and challenges facing university students starting businesses. Offering guidance of both theoretical depth and practical value, he covered aspects such as goal setting, resource integration, and resilience. He further outlined four core principles: "Tenacious Will, Precision and Courage, Integrity as Foundation, and Action-Oriented Endeavor," encouraging students to build their capabilities through concrete action and grow through dedicated effort.
