From July 21 to July 27, 2024, China KEPEI Education Group organized the core management teams from its five member institutions – Guangdong Technology College, Ma'anshan College, Huaibei Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Petroleum, and Zhaoqing Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School – to participate in a seven-day specialized study and deliberation session at Peking University. Centered on the theme "High-Quality Development of Private Universities," this program at Peking University combined systematic coursework, on-site teaching, and thematic seminars to deepen experience exchange and conceptual integration among the institutions, demonstrating the steadfast commitment of China KEPEI Education Group to continuously promote internal learning and collaborative development.

The study program focused on key issues including the interpretation of private education policies, innovation in talent cultivation models, discipline construction, the establishment of Party building brands, and teaching quality assessment. Experts and scholars from the Ministry of Education, Peking University, and several other universities delivered lectures, providing content that ranged from macro-level policy analysis to in-depth sharing of practical experience in university management.

China KEPEI Education Group consistently emphasizes collaborative learning and resource sharing among its member institutions. This training session served not only as an intensive input of knowledge but also as a crucial platform for mutual exchange, learning, and consensus-building among the management of the various institutions. During multiple seminar sessions, participants engaged in lively discussions on topics such as the Second Five-Year Development Plan of China KEPEI Education Group and the High-Quality Development Assessment Indicator System, further clarifying the implementation pathways for future collaborative development and distinctive educational practices.

During the exchanges, Mr. Ye Nianqiao, Chairman of China KEPEI Education Group, emphasized that all efforts of the Group must ultimately translate into serving student growth and success. He stated that continuous learning, constant reflection, and proactive reform are key for the Group's institutions to maintain their competitiveness. Organizing annual centralized training for the middle and senior management teams of the sister institutions is an important mechanism for unifying the thinking and enhancing the capabilities of the KEPEI management team, and it also reflects the advantage of the Group's collective approach to education.

At the closing ceremony, leaders from the Peking University School of Government and China KEPEI Education Group jointly presented certificates to the participants, marking the successful conclusion of this year's intensive study session. The participants expressed their commitment to translating the learning outcomes into concrete measures for serving teachers and students. By advancing educational and teaching reforms and management optimization in their respective institutions, they aim to continuously improve the quality of educational services, ensuring that students truly become the beneficiaries of educational reform.

For many years, China KEPEI Education Group has steadfastly adhered to the student-centered educational philosophy. Through regular and institutionalized senior-level training and inter-institutional exchanges, the Group continuously optimizes its management system, enhances service quality, and strengthens its connotative development.
