To deepen group collaboration, integrate resources, and support the international development of students, the Overseas Employment Business Unit of China KEPEI Education Group recently formed a delegation led by Group Director and Vice President of Guangdong Institute of Technology, Shu Cheng, and Li Xiangping, Director of the Overseas Employment Business Unit. The delegation conducted intensive visits to affiliated institutions, including Huaibei Institute of Technology, Ma’anshan College, and Harbin Institute of Petroleum. This series of exchanges aimed to break down barriers between institutions, systematically advance graduate employment, and focus on expanding overseas employment channels, thereby opening up broader development prospects for students.
During the visits, the delegation held symposiums with the employment and industry-university cooperation departments of each institution, engaging in in-depth discussions on the current employment status of graduates and collaborative industry-education mechanisms. Under the unified framework of the group, the institutions will further strengthen the implementation of jointly established off-campus practical teaching bases and talent cultivation projects. Additionally, the Overseas Employment Business Unit identified liaison points with each institution and established long-term communication mechanisms.

Simultaneously, the Overseas Employment Business Unit launched a "Graduate Overseas Employment Intention Survey" across all affiliated institutions. The survey aims to accurately gauge students' willingness to work abroad, target regions, and industries, providing data support for subsequent tailored and targeted overseas job recommendations and guidance services. Furthermore, the delegation systematically introduced the job demands within the group’s overseas business sectors, offering direct internal referral channels for outstanding students aspiring to pursue careers on the international stage.
This series of visits not only strengthened collaboration between the group and its affiliated institutions, as well as among the institutions themselves, in employment and entrepreneurship efforts but also laid a solid foundation for future sharing of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources and joint exploration of practical teaching reforms. Moving forward, China KEPEI Education Group will continue to deepen internal collaboration, optimize resource allocation, and provide stronger support and clearer direction for every student’s journey toward their dreams.
