On December 23rd, China KEPEI Education Group held the 2025 Annual Audit and Supervision Work Conference, aiming to comprehensively summarize the achievements of audit and supervision work of the Group and its affiliated institutions in 2025 and systematically plan key work for 2026. Ye Nianjiu, the Supervisor of the Group, all members of the Group's Audit and Supervision Department, heads of relevant departments of the Group, Guangdong University of Technology, Zhaoqing Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School attended the conference at the main venue, while Harbin Institute of Petroleum, Huaibei University of Technology and Ma'anshan College participated via video conference at the branch venues.

Ye Nianjiu, the Supervisor of the Group, put forward specific requirements for the audit and supervision work in 2026 with the "Five Do's":

First, we should stand high and deepen our understanding. All institutions should attach great importance to audit and supervision work, strengthen overall coordination, pool work forces, and ensure that we work tirelessly, think earnestly and practically, and strive for practical results.

Second, we should build a solid ideological defense line and cultivate a clean culture. We should strengthen daily clean government warning education, enhance the awareness of honesty and self-discipline of cadres and employees, prevent minor problems from becoming major ones, address issues at an early stage, and create a sound and upright environment.

Third, we should go deep into the front line and be close to reality. The audit and supervision department should take the initiative to go down to the grassroots, deeply understand the actual situation, smooth the supervision channels, establish an interactive supervision mechanism, and truly be down-to-earth, understand the actual situation and solve problems.

Fourth, we should focus on key points and carry out precise supervision. We should further sort out the key links and key tasks of supervision and audit, strengthen supervision, and ensure clear goals, prominent focuses and effective supervision.

Fifth, we should strengthen measures and pay attention to actual effects. We should formulate and implement effective measures, innovate working methods, improve long-term mechanisms, and ensure that measures are solid, implementation is in place, and results are consolidated.

Xiao Jinping, Deputy Director of the Group's Audit and Supervision Department, reported on the work on behalf of the Group's Audit and Supervision Department. In 2025, focusing on the four major tasks of "building a system, strengthening publicity and education, conducting strict supervision, and promoting linkage", we completed the standardization construction of the audit and supervision system of institutions, carried out 40 integrity lectures, promoted the rectification of 35 problems, and built an internal and external linkage mechanism. In 2026, we will focus on three directions of risk prevention and control to promote work, focusing on improving business capabilities, optimizing reporting channels and building a feedback closed loop, implementing audit and supervision tasks, deepening the construction of a clean culture, and escorting the high-quality development of the Group.

At the meeting, Harbin Institute of Petroleum, Huaibei University of Technology, Ma'anshan College, Zhaoqing Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School and Guangdong University of Technology respectively reported on the development of audit and supervision work in 2025 and work plans for 2026.
