China KEPEI Education Group recently coordinated the resources of its member institutions, dispatching delegations composed of Guangdong Institute of Technology and Harbin Institute of Petroleum to the Western Guangdong & Zhuhai region and the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou region simultaneously to carry out a special action titled "Enterprise Visits and Job Market Expansion." This initiative represents a significant practice by the Group to deepen industry-education integration and serve regional development, effectively broadening the university-enterprise cooperation platform through precise alignment with industrial demands.


Delving into the Industrial Frontline, Precisely Aligning Talent Supply and Demand


Along the Western Guangdong and Zhuhai route, Group Director Shu Cheng, Harbin Institute of Petroleum Party Committee Secretary Lin Limin, Guangdong Institute of Technology Deputy Party Committee Secretary Li Huiyou, and others visited enterprises including Zhuhai Doumen Chaoyi Industrial Co., Ltd., Maoming Guangdi Chemical Co., Ltd., Guangdong Liwei Chemical Co., Ltd., Sinopec Group Maoming Petrochemical Company Limited, Sino-Kuwait (Guangdong) Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited, and Guangdong Guanhao High-Tech Co., Ltd. Through on-site tours of production workshops and R&D laboratories, along with themed seminars, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as talent cultivation standards, co-construction of internship and practical training bases, order-based training programs, and industry-university-research collaborative innovation. Enterprises presented specific talent competency requirements based on actual production needs, while the universities introduced their program specialties and graduate advantages accordingly. The two parties reached cooperative intentions in multiple areas, established an "Enterprise Demand Ledger," and laid the groundwork for subsequent optimization of talent cultivation plans.

In the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou region, Group Employment Department Head Li Xiangping, Harbin Institute of Petroleum Deputy Party Committee Secretary Ning Jing, and others visited renowned enterprises including TCL King Electrical Appliances (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., Huizhou Guanghong Technology Co., Ltd., Biel Crystal (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., Xunqiang Electronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., Huizhou Eve Energy Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Xiaopeng Motors Technology Co., Ltd., and Dongguan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Focusing on industrial frontiers such as smart manufacturing, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries, the university and enterprise sides held pragmatic discussions on cooperation models including campus recruitment, internship base construction, order-based class training, and collaborative technical problem-solving. This expanded a wealth of high-quality job opportunities for graduates and initiated planning for customized talent cultivation pathways.

Engaging Local Governments, Building Long-Term University-Locality Collaboration Mechanisms

Beyond in-depth enterprise engagement, the Group placed high importance on collaborative cooperation with local human resources and social security departments. The delegations held themed seminars successively with the Maoming Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Zhanjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. They systematically learned about local industrial layouts, talent policies, and catalogs of high-demand talent, and reached consensus on cooperation areas such as co-building talent supply-demand alignment platforms, jointly conducting employment guidance, and improving intern rights protection mechanisms.

This cross-regional, multi-route enterprise visit and job market expansion action constitutes an important practice for China KEPEI Education Group in integrating internal resources and proactively aligning with regional economic development needs.
