To fully leverage the advantages of group-based school operation and promote deep integration between institutions and industries, from January 26th to 29th, China KEPEI Education Group coordinated and organized a joint delegation comprising Guangdong Institute of Technology and Huaibei Institute of Technology. The delegation carried out a cross-regional special initiative of "visiting enterprises to expand internship and employment opportunities" in Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen. This initiative, relying on the Group's resource integration capabilities, precisely aligned with the industrial demands of the Pearl River Delta region, aiming to establish a new mechanism for collaborative talent cultivation between schools and enterprises.
Under the unified deployment of the Group, the delegation, which included Zheng Laiji, Vice President of Huaibei Institute of Technology; Sun Zengxiang, Director of the Employment Department; Wu Ling, Dean of the School of Economics and Management; and Xu Yongming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Accounting at Guangdong Institute of Technology, visited numerous high-quality enterprises such as Xinbao Electric, Midea Kitchen Appliances, Shunda Computer Factory, Zhengmei Electric, TCL Air Conditioner, OBOER Electric, SF Express, and Great Wall Power Supply Technology. Through on-site observations and thematic discussions, both sides engaged in systematic alignment regarding talent cultivation, joint construction of internship and practical training programs, and industry-university-research cooperation. The Group guided the institutions to precisely match enterprise needs and promoted the establishment of a "dynamic list of enterprise demands," providing continuous input for optimizing talent cultivation plans.
During the activities, the delegation also held thematic discussions and conducted joint visits with relevant government departments, including various branches of the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Doumen District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Zhuhai. Leveraging the government-institution-enterprise mechanism established by the Group, the institutions gained an in-depth understanding of local industrial policies and the talent development environment, laying a solid foundation for expanding the cooperation network in the future.
Driven by the Group's strong promotion and resource alignment, this initiative achieved substantial cooperative outcomes. Huaibei Institute of Technology signed on-site agreements with Guangdong Midea Kitchen Appliances Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Zhengmei Electric Metal Products Co., Ltd. to jointly build off-campus internship (practical training) teaching bases. Awarding ceremonies were also held, marking the successful implementation of industry-education integration projects coordinated by the Group.
This special action is a significant practice by China KEPEI Education Group in strengthening resource coordination and advancing the integration of industry and education. Through systematic planning and coordination at the Group level, the two institutions were able to collaborate across regions, precisely align with industrial needs, and establish a coordinated development model characterized by "the Group setting the stage, institutions making the connections, and enterprises participating." This initiative not only broadened employment channels for graduates but also promoted the deep integration of talent cultivation with regional industrial development, demonstrating the Group's platform role and strategic value in resource integration and educational empowerment.
