To actively respond to the national "Belt and Road" education action initiative and build an international cooperation ecosystem that integrates industry and education, facilitates talent supply, and promotes resource connectivity, China KEPEI Education Group recently formed a dedicated research team. Led by Group Director Shu Cheng, with the participation of members including Li Xiangping, Head of the Employment Affairs Department, and Cao Tingxun, Head of the Dubai Affairs Department, the team conducted a six-day field visit and activity in Dubai. This research aimed to coordinate and integrate the Group's overseas employment resources, precisely develop high-quality employment channels, and establish specialized and sustainable overseas development platforms for students from its five affiliated institutions.
The research team visited seven Chinese-funded institutions and chambers of commerce, including ZTE's Dubai branch, China Southern Airlines' Dubai branch, Huawei's UAE branch, and the UAE Guangdong Chamber of Commerce. Through various forms such as face-to-face discussions, on-site visits, and analysis of job requirements, the team gained an in-depth understanding of the specific talent needs of Chinese enterprises in the Middle East region. This included skill requirements for technical and service positions, career development paths, and localization adaptation needs, laying a solid foundation for subsequent promotion of school-enterprise cooperation, collaborative curriculum development, and the integration of internships and employment.

Leveraging its coordination function, the KEPEI Group actively aligned with enterprise resources, adhering to a student-centered approach to assist students in achieving a smooth transition from campus to the workplace. This effort particularly focuses on matching students with high-quality, growth-oriented positions in fields such as advanced manufacturing, civil aviation services, information and communications, and trade cooperation. Moving forward, the Group will continue to improve its overseas employment service system, deepen regular cooperation with Chinese enterprises "going global," and establish an empowerment mechanism covering the entire process of talent co-cultivation, internships and practical training, employment guidance, and career development. This aims to help more students step onto the international stage and actively promote cultural exchanges and vocational education cooperation between China and other countries.
