1. Harbin Petroleum Institute: A Benchmark for Sino-Russian Cooperation with Multiple Batches of Students Studying in Russia

As the core platform for the group’s exchanges with Russia, Harbin Petroleum Institute has steadily implemented exchange programs:

• In the autumn of 2025, 27 students including Xin Mingda and Zhang Ruisheng went to universities such as Ural Federal University, Ural State University of Economics, Irkutsk National Research Technical University, Siberian Federal University (Russia) and Krirk University (Thailand), covering competitive majors including engineering, energy, economics and languages.

2. Guangdong Polytechnic College: In-Depth Study Tours in Hong Kong & Macao Coordinated with Exchanges in South Korea

• In the spring of 2026, 24 national scholarship winners including She Kangsheng and Zhu Dicong went to Hong Kong for an in-depth study tour themed Technology, Innovation, Finance and Integrated Development, visiting the state key laboratory of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and experiencing a "metaverse + immersive classroom".

  

• In the spring of 2026, 10 students including Zhang Shengming and Wang Minxia went to the University of Saint Joseph (Macao) for a study tour. Through the model of "theoretical learning + cultural immersion + industrial observation", they broadened their academic vision and cross-field practical abilities.

  

• In the spring of 2026, outstanding students Gao Meibing and Ye Yuanpiao from the college went to Dongduk Women’s University (South Korea) for academic exchanges in humanities and social sciences, design creativity, language education and other fields, further expanding the group’s educational cooperation landscape in East Asia.

  

3. Joint Immersive Study Tours by Four KEPEI Universities

In the autumn of 2025, 37 students including Cui Kongxin and Qin Zihan from the four affiliated universities of KEPEI went to Vladivostok, Russia, for the overseas study tour Reading the World. They visited Far Eastern Federal University for academic exchanges, cultural visits and historical immersion, creating a three-dimensional classroom integrating "academics + culture + history".

The Overseas Business Department cooperates with affiliated universities to launch special training courses for IELTS, Russian and other languages. Taught by experienced teachers, the small-class teaching focuses on five modules: listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar, combining lectures and exercises with after-class Q&A. It provides language support for students’ overseas study, further education and employment, helping them rapidly improve their test-taking abilities and language application skills.
