At the beginning of the ceremony, Li Yan, CEO of China KEPEI Education Group, delivered a speech. She stated that the Group has always adhered to a student-centered approach, actively integrating high-quality corporate resources to open up overseas employment opportunities for students. She pointed out that the collaboration with CCECC to launch the order-based training program for drawing technicians is a key initiative to implement the Group’s philosophy of “demand-driven cultivation and targeted talent delivery.” It also serves as an important platform to build a “green channel” for students to develop skills and secure overseas employment. She encouraged the 40 students to cherish the opportunity, study diligently, seize overseas job prospects with solid professional competence, and grow into versatile technical talents who meet international engineering standards.

Subsequently, Gao Pingli, General Manager of the Dubai Manager Department of CCECC Middle East, delivered a video address. He introduced CCECC’s overseas business layout and the demand for drawing technicians, confirming that the company will be fully involved in the training process to align course content with job requirements, and will provide overseas internship and employment pathways for students who pass the assessment.
Representatives of the instructors and students then spoke, expressing their determination to successfully complete the training program. Finally, Shi Huiquan, Dean of the School of Construction of Guangdong Technology College, delivered a concluding speech and officially announced the start of the program.

In the future, Guangdong Technology College under China KEPEI Education Group will take this cooperation as an opportunity to further deepen strategic synergies with high-quality international enterprises, innovate educational models, broaden international employment channels, remain student-centered, and help more students achieve high-quality overseas employment.
