In response to the national policy of "going global" for vocational education, implementing the "Vocational Education Going Global" development strategy, precisely meeting the talent needs of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, and deepening China-Vietnam industry-education integration, from May 25 to 30, 2026, a special delegation led by Li Yan, President of China KEPEI Education Group, together with Shu Cheng, Group Director, and Li Xiangping, Head of the Employment Department, conducted a six-day research and negotiation visit to Vietnam. The delegation visited Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, local universities, and industry chambers across northern and southern Vietnam, coordinating the connection between university and enterprise supply and demand resources, further expanding the Group's overseas talent cultivation and employment channels, tapping into internship opportunities through cross-border quality resources, and helping graduates achieve high-quality cross-border employment.
I. In-depth Visits to Chinese Enterprises and Industry Chambers for Precise Talent Matching
The delegation visited five Chinese-invested enterprises in Vietnam: Biel Crystal (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.; Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (Haiphong VSIP factory); Xunqiang Electronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh factory, Vietnam); TCL Smart Devices (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.; and Midea Consumer Electric Appliances (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. They also made a special visit to the Vietnam Guangdong Chamber of Commerce and held discussions with the Chamber and its member enterprises. During the enterprise visits, in-depth discussions were held on topics such as localized cultivation of skilled talent, joint construction of internship bases, and order class cooperation. In meetings with the Chamber, full exchanges of views were conducted on educational resource introduction and university-enterprise cooperation, reaching multiple cooperation consensuses.

II. Connecting with Vietnamese Universities to Promote Joint Training
The delegation visited four renowned Vietnamese institutions: Dai Nam University, Thai Nguyen College of Professions, Vietnam-Singapore Vocational College, and Lạc Hồng University. In-depth discussions were held on cooperation content including faculty-student exchanges, joint curriculum development, language training, and academic pathway articulation. Memoranda of understanding were signed with Lạc Hồng University and Dai Nam University, paving the way for practical cooperation in areas such as "Chinese + vocational skills" training and short-term student exchanges.

This special visit to Vietnam is a vivid practice of China KEPEI Education Group's commitment to the national policy of opening up vocational education to the world and serving the Belt and Road Initiative. Taking this research visit as an opportunity, the Group will accelerate the implementation of cooperative projects with Vietnamese universities and enterprises, establish regular overseas internship and employment bases, align its curriculum systems with international job standards, and cultivate more internationally oriented applied talents who "understand Chinese, master skills, and are familiar with the culture."
